Biography
Noriah Fletcher’s current role is working with the military as a performance expert. She teaches a variety of performance enhancement and resiliency skills to help soldiers overcome any performance related challenges. These performance enhancement and resiliency skills also help soldiers to perform consistently and at their optimal level and flourish in their overall well-being, both in and out of the military. She is also working towards earning her certification to become a mental performance consultant. She comes from a military family but calls Texas home. She has a Master’s degree in kinesiology with a concentration in sport and performance psychology from the University of North Texas in Denton and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas State University in San Marcos. She started karate at the age of 4 and still trains in Shotokan Karate. She has been competing in the sport of karate since the age of 12. She was part of the USA National Karate-Do Federation as an athlete and now as a coach. She enjoys working out, traveling the world and shopping.
